It's Flu Season

This Flu season let's take extra care of ourselves. Wash your hands with warm soapy water for at least 20 seconds, cough into your shoulder or the bend of your arm, use alcohol-based hand sanitizers until you get a chance to wash your hands. Stay away from those who are sick and if you are sick stay home, wear a face mask and contact your medical provider. And getting vaccinated is probably a good idea, too.
